How do I place an order?


To place an order, please navigate to the product page, select your desired quanity, and click "Add to Cart". When you are finished adding your items to the cart, simply click the blue shopping bag on the top right of the page. Follow the instructions in the cart to checkout.




How long will shipping take? Do you offer free shipping? Do you offer expedited shipping?


  • We offer FREE SHIPPING within the USA.
  • Please allow 1-2 business days for handling time.
  • Shipping transit time is approximately 3-5 business days*
  • Please contact us if you need expedited shipping options.
  • We ship most items via USPS or UPS. Please make sure that you are able to receive deliveries via USPS and UPS before submitting your order. If you require a different carrier, please contact us to make arrangements before placing your order.
  • Please note USPS requires shipping addresses to have valid mailboxes in order to complete deliveries. If your address does not have a valid mail receptacle, USPS will return the item to sender.

*Please note: Due to the global health crisis, shipping carriers have been experiencing an increase in delays and delivery issues. Most orders will arrive on time, but there could be cases where packages may be delayed in areas with carrier-related service impacts. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.




Can I cancel or make changes to an order?


Please contact us immediately (preferably by phone) and we will let you know if it is still possible to cancel or make changes to your order.




How do I return an order?


You are welcome to return items to us within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original form of payment.

Please note items must be returned in new and unused condition only. Buyers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Kindly note original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable in most cases.

Prior to returning any items, please contact us to get the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) code.

Please package the return item securely, to avoid damage in shipping. Affix the return label to the exterior of the package, making sure to cover any old addresses and bar codes.

Once your return is received at our warehouse, please allow 1-3 business days for your return to be processed. After your return is processed, please allow a few business days for your refund to reflect in your account.
